The staff are fantastic. Truly nothing is too difficult and they take time to chat and learn your name, which is lovely when greated at breakfast in the morning. The hotel was spotless and painting renovation was taking place quietly behind the scenes and did not affect us in any way. The rooms are beautifully decorated and are very boutique in style. The pool has recently been refurbished and is beautiful with mature palms to use as shade it feels very tropical and was lovely and quiet during our stay. I must reiterate just how nice the staff are and sadly there are too many to name but from reception, house keeping, restaurant staff and even the pool cleaner, all took time to say good morning or to stop and chat. This hotel does not suffer from not being directly on the beach as the beach is literally 5 minutes away. We walked along the beech several times and agreed we preferred out hotel as we could see the guests at every beech fronted hotel being bothered by beech hawkers and watersports agents. This you will not suffer at the Coco palm. We would not hesitate in staying there again.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Coco Palm with my family. All the staff at the hotel are so friendly - special shoutouts to Anaman who answered all our questions and arranged our tours and the chef (sorry not sure of his name), he went out of his way to make my Nan an early dinner. Rooms: had everything you needed, one thing that impressed us a lot was they had UK plug points as well as their own plug points - we’ve not seen this in hotels aboard before. Location: there’s plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around the hotel. Tours/sights: we highly recommend going to Pigeon Island, the views are beautiful and worth the trek up the hills. We did the land & sea tour, you get more info when driving across the island and then you relax on the catamaran going back up. We also did the sunset cruise on Saturday evening and again the views were stunning and the crew were fantastic.

I love Coco Palm! I have stayed several times now and I have enjoyed it every single time! I stayed in the suite, and the room was lovely! My girls had plenty of space to play around. The only thing that would of been nice, is if there was a little TV for them on their side as they could not see the TV in the main room from the sofa bed. I always started the day right with that yummy breakfast! And those seasoned potatoes.......what can I say apart from LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!! I had a deep tissue massage, and my therapist was just excellent! She took me to another level of relaxation :-) I cannot fault Coco Palm, I love the location and everything about the place. I would like to thank everyone at Coco Palm for making our stay so enjoyable. Mr St Rose, I will be letting you know when we are due our next visit as you advised ;-)

We were met by The Op Manager who personally took time out for us. We had the best room in the house, as were on our honeymoon. It was amazing, walk out straight into the pool. Good size room with TV, table and chairs and nice bathroom. The rooms are very spacious and quiet most of the day. You can hear the nightlife in the evening which entices you to go and join the fun nearby. The hotel has an ideal location on that side of the island, lovely beaches, plenty of choices to eat, shopping, bars, loads to do or not if you choose to. The maintenance of the hotel is impeccable, the pool is cleared daily, gardens kept clean every day, all hallways and public areas are also clean and tidy without exception.

This hotel is not on the beach however there is a walkway u can take across the road and u will be there in mins. The locals use this lane way and the hotel recommends only use it during the day however many tourists uses it and they all say they have no issue. U will have to rent your chairs and 🌂 however u can haggle the price I got 2 for 15 USD for the whole day and u also get wi-fi with some of the rentals. To be honest i think they ride the nearby hotel's. LOL. U get your towels from the hotel. The staff r very polite and helpful. The food is good except the menu is the same everyday. Spoke to them about this and they r thinking of changing things up in the near futures.
